Two decades of A&R judgment on both sides of the desk: partner Jesse Beer spent 20+ years in editorial and A&R at HITS Magazine and a run as a talent scout at Epic Records, and works closely with RCA A&R. On the creative side the room has built records with Nas, Mariah Carey, Scarface and Billy Porter, and more recently GloRilla, Flo Milli, Teezo Touchdown and Moneybagg Yo. Label
Releases developed and delivered in-house.
MvxxleMvzik operates a label in a joint venture with Avex. Releases are developed, recorded and mastered in-house before they go out. Label signings are handled separately from artist management — being managed by MvxxleMvzik does not mean being signed to the label, and the two sides are kept distinct by design.

Sync
Music placed in film, television and advertising.
10,000+ placements across three decades. Songs inside Spider-Man: Homecoming, Transformers, Night at the Museum and Alvin and the Chipmunks — a 2008 American Music Award winner for Best Soundtrack. The sonic identity of VH1's Love & Hip Hop franchise, all original music for the 2025 BET Awards and Emmys, and campaigns for Boost Mobile, Panasonic, Dodge, Ritz and the Jolt Cola relaunch. Catalog cleared for licensing, or written to picture on deadline.

Publishing, masters, writer’s share and producer royalties have a buyer market that most owners never see. We review a catalog privately, organise the opportunity, and where appropriate bring it to potential buyers — then work alongside the owner’s attorney and accountant through diligence. Production & Scoring
The room underneath all three.
Records built from the ground up — beats, arrangement, tracking, mix and master to release standard — and original score and cues written to picture for film, television, trailers and award shows. Nothing is outsourced, which is why the A&R, label and sync sides can move at the same speed.

Artist management, kept separate from the label.
Partner Jesse Beer manages artists through The MGMT Company, with 25+ years in the business behind it. Current and past management relationships are listed plainly on the roster — and remain distinct from label signings and from production credits.
